The engineers at Lincoln Motor Company knew that they needed to build an engine that matched the sophisticated, supple exterior on the all-new Lincoln MKZ. This knowledge fueled the development of the available 3.0-liter twin turbocharged V6 engine, which generates 400 horsepower and 400 pound-feet of torque.

A six-speed push button SelectShift® automatic transmission puts the controls in the center console, providing a flowing, unified interior. An available Driver’s Package combines dynamic torque vectoring with a sport-tuned suspension, while continuously controlled damping (CCD) measures the suspension, body movement, steering and braking, making tiny adjustments to help keep the vehicle on course.

The engineers and designers also developed a version that features a hybrid powertrain and retains the visual allure of the Lincoln MKZ. Plus, the Lincoln MKZ Hybrid is the only hybrid in its class that has the same starting price as its gas-powered version.
