The results are in from the new American Customer Satisfaction Index, and the Lincoln Motor Company has been named the victor of the bunch. According to the Ann Arbor-based survey, "customers are most satisfied with [the] Lincoln brand." Pulling in a score of 87 out of 100, it ranked above popular competitors like Honda, Toyota, and BMW. The latest score also shows a 5 percent increase from the previous year, which indicates a positive development for the automaker. Of course, considering the meticulous craftsmanship with which every model is made, it comes as no surprise why hundreds of drivers turn to Lincoln each year for their automotive needs.
